Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your authentic Irish knitwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all traditional weavers' tags and labels are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
